5) Should our signs be bilingual?
This question is best answered by you, our customer. Ansi does include bilingual signs in the standards but doesn’t state when it is necessary. ANSI does included bilingual signs in the standards but doesn't state when it is necessary. In fact, ANSI's new standards revision of 2002 requires all signs to have a pictogram so that whatever language the user speaks, the sign will be effective. Since there is no clear cut answer we suggest you use the sign that best fits your needs. If you are in a border state or have a workforce that is heavily bilingual, we would suggest a bilingual sign.

6) What is your return policy?
If we had made an error in your order, we will gladly replace your signs for the correct ones immediately. If the signs you have purchased are no longer needed, we will take them back and charge a 25% restocking fee.
